Drakensberg is made up of a variety of majestic mountains, from towering peaks to gentle rolling foothills. It is a region of great scenic beauty, offering an abundance of flora and fauna, and is a bird lover’s paradise. The mountain ranges themselves are diverse, from craggy peaks and sheer cliffs to beautifully clear rock pools. In fact, because of its range of plant life and the richest collection of San rock paintings in Africa, it has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is the perfect destination to unwind, breath in the crisp mountain air and explore mother nature at her best.

Absolutely amazing holiday. Garonga is heaven! We did everything possible and our guide was brilliant and hilarious.
