Why We Love Iceland

BUCKET LIST EXPERIENCES

This country is an unbelievable winter playground – fancy surfing in the Arctic circle? Northern Lights, glacier hikes and snorkelling along tectonic plates are simply a snapshot of the mesmerizing experiences you can enjoy in Iceland. Discover the Snaefellsnes Peninsula and West Iceland on a private guided tour, where you can horse ride through lava fields and watch puffins diving for their tea. Climb aboard a boat in Húsavík on the north coast, the best location for whale watching.

EXTRAORDINARY LANDSCAPES

From the moment you touch down on Icelandic territory, the landscape is like no other. During the private transfers from the airport to the country’s capital, you will be taken over a lava field – an experience in itself. In this great wilderness, you never need to worry about overcrowding; with the right to roam and modified super jeeps, our expert Icelandic guides can whisk you away from the tourist hotspots to see magical corners of Iceland that the vast majority of visitors miss.

DISTINCT SEASONS

With the sun struggling to set in summer, by winter it struggles to rise. During the summer, visitors play in twenty-four-hour sunlight and the endless light creates opportunities to explore natural attractions peacefully all through the night. Icelandics, undeterred by winter offering only seven to eight hours of sunlight each day, have also mastered activities in the dark. Horseback riding, outdoor swimming and snow-based activities are encouraged nonetheless during Iceland travel, and this is spectacular when the Northern Lights illuminate the sky.

LOVELY (& MAD) LOCALS

Icelandic locals are some of the most charming people in Europe and their anecdotes live up to the country’s scenery. Unique to Iceland, the locals believe in, and invite the possibility of the existence of elves. Let your imagination run wild with the mutual respect that these invisible and mystical creatures live under the rocks in their enchanting landscape on one of our private tours in Iceland.
