Uncover why the likes of Wilde, Yeats and Becket were so inspired by their home.

GREEN GREEN GRASS
The blessing of upwards of 150 days of rain a year is the extraordinary colour it turns the country – a great green. You need not spend much time exploring on your Ireland private tour to see why people refer to it as the Emerald Isle. With endless green grass, Ireland has pockets of high-quality golf courses. Or head to Killarney National Park and explore its many facets: native forest, waterfalls, rivers, lakes, peaks and wildlife.
WILD ATLANTIC WAY
For those seeking endless stretches of jaw-dropping scenery and blustery walks, discover the windswept west coast on a tour of Ireland. Starting at the island’s most south-westerly point Mizen Head, wriggle up to the sea Cliffs of Moher and finish on the honey-coloured beaches in the untouched beauty of Donegal. Dotted along the way are some of Ireland’s most famous towns to enjoy a pint of the infamous black stuff.
IRISH CULTURE
Whilst in Ireland, explore its rich cultural heritage and prepare yourself for some good old Irish craic with guidance from a private guide. Irish music is hard to avoid on trips around this country; in particular, the pubs in Killarney burst with music and shops sell Irish fare. Dabble in some Irish dancing to the fiddle or banjo, and watch some Gaelic football or hurling for a taste of Irish sport. Whilst out and about, search for rainbows and the fabled Leprechaun and his pot of gold.
HISTORY
It is true that Ireland’s rich and colourful past is painted into the landscape around the country. For instance, there is proof of St Patrick’s arrival in the Book of Kells kept at Trinity University in Dublin. Elsewhere, scars from the potato famine sprinkle the countryside and remnants of Spanish Armada ships –Â interesting objects such as jewels and weapons can even be found in the bogs. If you’re looking for a historic private escorted tour, this country is the ideal location.
Peter & Lisa
What a trip. Lisa and I have never had such an amazing vacation and it was all because of you! Thanks so much for putting together the trip of a lifetime. Only trouble is, we now have the travel itch, and I’m broke. Definitely saving up to use your services in the future and spend more time with you. You truly are not only excellent at your trade, but more importantly, a caring man with a tremendous amount of integrity.
