Day 1-4

DUBLIN, Ireland

  • Enjoy the famed afternoon tea at your hotel, a Dublin institution
  • Visit Trinity College Library to see the Book of Kells

The lively Irish capital holds the reputation as the country’s historical, literary, and cultural hub.

Begin your Irish journey in buzzing Dublin, a must on any first-time trip to the Emerald Isle. Whilst here, you’ll spend three nights at The Westbury, a stone’s throw from Grafton Street. Wander around the Creative Quarter and explore Dublin’s exciting range of award-winning independent stores, ranging from clothes shops to lifestyle stores. Let your guide take you on a tour of the city, stopping by historic monuments such as Saint Patrick’s Cathedral and the Old Trinity College Library. In the evening, we can arrange for you to relax with a glass of wine at the Irish Film Institute, showcasing arthouse films in a cosy theatre.

Day 4-6

COUNTY LAOIS, Ireland

  • Relax by the roaring log fire in the library, holding over 5,000 books
  • Nature enthusiasts will delight in its manicured gardens, medieval ruins and 600 acres of parkland

Set at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains, Ballyfin has long been admired as the most lavish mansion in Ireland.

From Dublin, you’ll be transferred to the countryside where you’ll spend two nights at Ballyfin. Considered one of the best country houses in Ireland, enjoy walking through the estate’s manicured gardens and admire some of the most important contemporary Irish artwork that line Ballyfin’s walls. Take a leisurely boat trip around the 28-acre lake before feasting on a traditional Ballyfin picnic, or spend an afternoon fishing for pike. Those looking for more adventure can upgrade to a morning of horse riding around the demesne or the thrill of clay pigeon shooting.

Peter & Lisa

What a trip. Lisa and I have never had such an amazing vacation and it was all because of you! Thanks so much for putting together the trip of a lifetime. Only trouble is, we now have the travel itch, and I’m broke. Definitely saving up to use your services in the future and spend more time with you. You truly are not only excellent at your trade, but more importantly, a caring man with a tremendous amount of integrity.
