The building has housed many a local aristocratic family in the city, with the latest deciding to turn it into a four-star hotel after acquiring neighboring properties. Rooms are spacious and have an elegant décor, with a sleek modernisation of the local colonial style, and are furnished with dark-wood beds and fixtures and biodegradable products and amenities.
