Tea Trails is the world’s first tea bungalow resort, perched at an altitude of 1250 metres in Sri Lanka’s panoramic Ceylon tea region, bordering the World Heritage Central Highlands. This award-winning boutique resort is made up of five restored colonial-era tea planters’ bungalows, offering period furnishings, attentive butler service and gourmet cuisine. Bungalows are connected by walking trails through scenic Ceylon tea gardens and each one has a unique style ranging from neo-colonial to classic English. Within the bungalows there are between 4 to 6 rooms; Master Suites with a separate living room, Garden Suites with verandahs to private gardensand Luxury Rooms of great character. There is also a secluded Owner’s Cottage for a complete tea plantation immersion.
