Embark on the ultimate African adventure, exploring diverse landscapes such as Victoria Falls, the Okavango Delta and the salt pans whilst uncovering a wide range of wildlife on river and walking safaris.

  • Experience three wildly different (but all equally spectacular) Southern African landscapes – Victoria Falls, the Okavango Delta, and expansive salt pans
  • Go fishing for big game fish in the Zambezi River
  • Spend time with the inquisitive meerkats of the salt pans
  • Spot hippos and crocs from a river safari
  • Ride on horseback for an exhilarating experience in the bush

Day 1 - 4: Zambezi River, Zambia

  • Cruise down the Zambezi River at sunrise or sunset to see what animals come down to drink at the water’s edge
  • Feel your heat beat race as you dip in the Devil’s Infinity Pool overlooking the Falls’ cascades

Begin your trip at the perfect secluded hideaway along the Zambezi, whilst still being close enough to explore the majestic Victoria Falls.

After a long flight down to Africa, what better way to kick off your holiday than a few days of rest and relaxation on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. Whilst here, you’ll stay at The Victoria Falls River Lodge,  a few kilometres upstream from Victoria Falls. From here you can enjoy the adrenaline-packed activities waiting for you at the Falls, such as a dip in the Devil’s Pool, and enjoy safaris across the Zambezi National Park. Take a sunset cruise down the Zambezi to float past wallowing hippos and chirping tropical birds.

Day 4 - 7: Okavango Delta, Botswana

  • Here you’ll experience the chance to spot all of the Big Five on a game drive, as well as enjoying the views of the Delta‘s waterways
  • Glide through the lilypads on a traditional Mokoro canoe, Botswana’s answer to punting

A mix of sprawling grassy plains that fill with lush waterways when the Delta floods, the Okavango is the perfect place to see both land and water wildlife.

After Victoria Falls River Lodge, you’ll be ready to explore the bush. From the Zambezi, travel into the heart of the magical Okavango Delta, where you’ll spend the next three nights in this premium safari lodge. Little Vumbura is the classic image you picture when thinking of Botswana – a perfect private island in the Okavango. The fleet of boats and Mokoros (a traditional dug-out canoe) are available to whisk you off between the papyrus banks and into the hard to reach corners of this watery wonderland. Back on dry land, you’ll be in the very heart of what is arguably the most premier of all safari destinations, with wildlife in abundance.

Day 7 - 10: Makgadikgadi Salt Pans, Botswana

  • Spend a morning with meerkats as they use you as a lookout
  • Take to a quad bike to explore the vast expanses of the salt pan landscape

Experience some of the earth’s most amazing creatures, from lions to giraffes, roaming a lunar-like landscape.

Fly from The Okavango down to the Kalahari, specifically the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans, where you’ll spend three nights at San Camp. Along with the Okavango Delta, these are the two dominant, but very different, geographical features of Botswana; swap the Earth’s largest inland delta for a salt pan system the size of Switzerland. San Camp is of another age, simple but super stylish, and you’ll be spoilt for choice with activities where massive Kalahari lions and inquisitive meerkats roam in the same land. Explore the pans by quad bike, view the iconic massive baobab trees, head out on horseback, or experience the bush through the eyes of the hunter-gatherer San Bushmen.
