The Vines has a fantastic spa and restaurant. We always recommend leaving plenty of time to relax and enjoy the hotel and its luxury facilities. El Colibri was founded by Raoul Fenestraz, who created the El Colibri Polo Club team. The team competes in numerous national tournaments on horses bred and trained on the estate.
