Why we love it
Head out to see big game from the comfort of your 4x4, specially adapted with bean bags to steady your camera for that ultimate shot.
Spot incredible nighttime wildlife drama, such as a leopard stalking through the bush, with filtered spotlights to not disturb the action.
Wander the wilderness on foot to explore the smaller things often missed from a vehicle, such as animal tracks, flora and fauna.
Make the most of the Zambezi River by hopping in a pontoon to see hippos, elephants and buffalos come to bathe, drink and play.
Paddle downstream at sunset in a six metre Canadian canoe, admiring the scenery and wildlife, before arriving at Sunset Strip for sundowners.
As an internationally acclaimed fishing destination, fly fish for the famous tigerfish to try and beat the camp record of 10.1kg.

The team at True Travel had a simple brief: to send us on the world’s best family safari. As soon as our boat headed down the Zambezi, it all kicked off; we passed a herd of hippos, a lazy crocodile and a giraffe drinking nonchalantly on the riverbank. A magical experience from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and if we had any issue that needed resolving, there was always someone on hand to do this. Before and after, they were off the charts – simply an awesome team.
