Chobe National Park is Botswana’s first National Park and is home to the dazzling blue Chobe River. We absolutely love the spacious Ngoma Safari Lodge which is located within this park. The beautiful lodge is nestled next to the Chobe River with a rustic living and dining area commanding both great views and fantastic service.

Stay in one of the 8 artistically decorated suites, each offering a ‘rest and relax’ pool and incredible views over the water. Head out for river cruises, bird watching, game drives and full-day safaris. You can enjoy a freshly prepared ‘bush dinner’ where beautiful tables with steaming food are prepared especially for you in the wilderness, or have a picnic while on your game drive – making sure to keep an eye out for the endless wildlife you are sure to see.

Head out in a 4x4 to follow the seasonal movements of the wildlife for the day, with the chance to spot the Big Five.

The Pitchers

We had the most amazing time! John Barclay and his team were very special and the mobile safari exclusive and superb. Moremi was very quiet with few other tourists – no more than a dozen other vehicles seen in four days. Macatoo was also excellent with good riding and game. We were so grateful for the help that you offered when our BA flights went wrong. Many thanks again for the superb service and recommendations which made for a great holiday.
