Chobe National Park is Botswana’s first National Park and is home to the dazzling blue Chobe River. Stay in one of the beautiful thatched cottages, each with its own private verandah – ensuring complete seclusion and incredible views of the Chobe River in the national park. If you want to head out onto the river, there are traditional mokoro excursions available, where you will glide in the shallows of the river, surrounded by floating flowers. Perhaps have sundowners and a picnic at the banks of the river, or head back to the spacious lounge and sink into one of the comfortable sofas. The lodge offers extraordinary game viewing, helicopter rides and even home-cooked meals set up outside for you.
