What are the Condé Nast Readers’ Choice Awards?

The annual Condé Nast Readers’ Choice Awards are a prestigious celebration of the leading brands and businesses within the travel industry. With 18 categories spanning from airlines, to spas to islands, these awards acknowledge those who are not only at the top of their field but also those who have amassed the loyal support of the Condé Nast readers.

The voting opened on the 1st April 2023 and will last 6 weeks before the winners are announced. Simply being nominated in the same category as many global Goliath’s of the travel industry is an honour and a testament to the exceptional expertise and artistry of all our team.

What are we nominated for?

This year, we have been nominated within the Travel Operators & Specialists category to recognise the exceptional levels of service we have delivered for our clients and Conde Nast readers over the last 12 months.

Compiling the leading tour operators from across the world, this list acknowledges those that curate and design unforgettable trips that create lifelong memories for their guests and awards them with a globally recognised accreditation.

Will Greenwood and family

The team at True Travel had a simple brief: to send us on the world’s best family safari. As soon as our boat headed down the Zambezi, it all kicked off; we passed a herd of hippos, a lazy crocodile and a giraffe drinking nonchalantly on the riverbank. A magical experience from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and if we had any issue that needed resolving, there was always someone on hand to do this. Before and after, they were off the charts – simply an awesome team.
