Paris,  France

  • Eat a delicious French dinner on a private cruise down the Seine

Brush up on your cooking skills with one of the country’s top chefs in the culinary capital of the world.

Pick up ingredients for your own lunch, before cooking and enjoying a private lunch with Stéphanie in her beautiful Parisian apartment. Relish in the opportunity to engage in a rarely seen insight into the off-duty cooking habits of one of the country’s top chefs. In the evening, watch the sunset over the city from a private dinner cruise down the Seine, complete with the finest wine, cheese, and delicious French fare.

Day 4-8

Bordeaux,  France

  • Sample some of the best red wines in the world on a private tasting with the hotel’s sommelier
  • Taste fresh oysters straight from the sea on a visit to a grower’s dock & take home your own caviar that you learnt to produce with a sturgeon fisherman

Be taken on a journey through Bordeaux’s finest wines and explore Aquitaine’s seafood scene on a boat trip around the coast

Settle into your hotel, Les Sources de Caudalie, set in the middle of lush vineyards and forests for a true Bordeaux escape.  Explore the beautiful city or relax on a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards. Discover the beautiful scenery of the southwest before joining the hotel’s head sommelier in the Tasting Tower.

That evening, let us book you a table at the hotel’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant – La Grand’Vigne – to taste the best seasonal produce that the Bordeaux region has to offer, such as local beef and Aquitaine caviar.

The next day hop aboard the Caudalie, the hotel’s boat, to explore the Atlantic coastline on a boat trip and head to the sands of the Banc d’Arguin and the Cap Ferret peninsula. Here, stop for an oyster tasting at the growers dock, before visiting a sturgeon fisherman to learn how to produce 1kg of your own caviar.
