Kiba Point offers the opportunity to explore with experts guides by foot, boat or car. In between the adventures, the lodge provides a relaxed, friendly and beautiful safari home on the banks of the Rufiji for groups of friends or family to enjoy. The rooms are entirely open-fronted, and raised to take advantage of the river views, and the animals that often move around the immediate area. Kiba Point is set back off the river, with only four impressively large and open-fronted rooms (1 room has twin room attached). Bathrooms are bush deluxe, with flush toilets, indoor and outdoor showers and hot and cold water as and when you want. Each room has its own private plunge pool set into the edge of the deck, and there is also a large pool at the main thatched mess. The thrill of sleeping in close proximity to nature, while completely safe, makes Kiba a special experience.
