Day 1-3

BARCELONA, Spain

  • Discover the architectural gems of Barcelona’s most famous architect whilst exploring the city on a private cycle tour
  • Try Barcelona’s ‘La Bomba’ croquette in a family-run bodega on a tapas tour of the San Antoni neighborhood

Spend two days exploring Barcelona’s unique architecture, districts and delicious tapas treats.

Start your Spanish adventure in the Catalonian city of Barcelona, where you will spend two nights at the Grand Hotel Central Barcelona in the Gothic Quarter. Explore the city with a  privately guided Gaudí bike tour to discover Gaudí’s less-famous works such as the Manzana de la Discordia and the Casa Terrades, as well as La Sagrada Familia. With your priority access skip-the-line tickets, you can explore this historic cathedral and all its detailing away from the crowds to fully appreciate Gaudí’s masterpiece. In the evening, enjoy a San Antoni neighbourhood tapas tour of the local family-run bodegas to sample typical Catalan cured meats, grilled Pedron peppers and the famous ‘la bomba’ croquette – dipped in garlic aioli. In the evenings, head up to the hotel’s sky bar where you can cool off in the pool before enjoying a sundowner with panoramic views over the city.

Day 3-5

MARBELLA, Spain

  • Soak up the Spanish sun and enjoy the delights of the Mediterranean Ocean at the chic beach club
  • Be guided around Alhambra with an architectural specialist to learn about this unique palace and fortress complex

Enjoy two nights in the beautiful Marbella Club, whose past guests have included Audrey Hepburn and Laurence Olivier.

Fly south from Barcelona to Marbella on the Costa del Sol, to spend two nights at the Marbella Club in between the Sierra Blanca Mountains and the Mediterranean Ocean. With its kids’ club, steps-from-the-sea beach club, 18-hole golf course and equestrian centre, this is the perfect place for your family vacation. Enjoy a day trip to the beautiful Alhambra, where you can explore this palace and fortress complex with an architectural specialist to guide you through the palace’s atypical history and influences, whilst enjoying skip-the-line tickets away from the crowds. For those wishing to relax, simply soak up the sun on the beach, unwind with a Thalassotherapy massage or a personalised wellness programme at the spa.

Day 5-8

MALLORCA, Spain

  • Hike through the beautiful Mallorcan hills and rustic coastline with a picnic, stopping to explore the vineyards and olive groves
  • Spend the night on a luxury catamaran after having explored the north coast of Mallorca and the Tramuntana Mountain Range

Stay three nights exploring the rustic countryside and coastlines of Mallorca at the Belmond’s La Residencia.

Fly from Malaga to Palma to spend your last three days of your Spanish adventure in Mallorca’s most intimate hotel – the Belmond’s La Residencia. Surrounded by olive and citrus groves, this beautiful hotel is found between the Tramuntana Mountains and the Mediterranean sea, on the edge of the artists’ village of Deià. Explore the Mallorcan countryside on a hike along the cliffs and coastline before enjoying a picnic and olive oil tasting in the hills. The following day, sail down the north coast of Mallorca aboard Barcos Azules private catamaran, to experience the Tramuntana Mountain range by sea, stopping to discover secluded coves and caves such as the Foradada and the Torrent de Pareis. Spend the night on board for a truly unforgettable experience.
