Wilderness Davison’s

Hwange National Park

Davisons Camp is beautifully situated in the private Linkwasha Concession, in the south-eastern section of Hwange National Park. Named after the founder of Hwange National Park and its first warden, Ted Davison, it is tastefully hidden beneath a grove of false mopane trees. Both the guest tents and the main area comprising a lounge, dining room and plunge pool look out at a much-frequented waterhole and open plain. There are 9 meru-styled tents in total including one honeymoon tent with a king sized bed and 1 family tent which consists of 2 rooms. This camp can accommodation 18 guestssplus 2 children. Each tent has its own private veranda that overlooks the waterhole in front of the camp.During the winter hot water bottles and extra blankets are provided. Supplied in each tent are shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, guest soap, sunscreen, room spray, shower cap, accessory kit, insect repellent (spray and cream), mosquito oil, re-chargeable torch, umbrella and robes. There are also individual canvas bags with padlocks that are supplied for your valuables, which are then stored in a central safe.

Reasons we love Wilderness Davison's
