The Palais de L’O was extremely comfortable with absolutely charming and very helpful staff. We had a lovely week, which ticked all the boxes, thank you so much for all your hard work. Also when I got home this afternoon, resting on top of the inevitable pile of bills was a parcel containing a lovely Garden Mint candle, thank you so much, what a lovely and much appreciated surprise.
