I love a travel trend. You’ll most likely find me nose deep in The Times and Telegraph’s travel section, reading up on the latest stories and articles by my favourite travel writers. Delving into the reasons behind how and why we travel the way we do, looking at the bigger picture and sharing those findings in print, on socials and on our website is what I relish in most. Anything that sparks conversation and inspires innovative and exciting travel is where my inspiration lies.
Travel, in my opinion, is what makes you feel truly alive and like you can achieve anything (particularly when solo travelling). I love that I get to inspire other fellow travellers to feel the same.
Somewhere with a mountain. I always love the feeling of accomplishment once I reach the top and then again when I’m back in civilisation, gorging on local delicacies.
Downloading the 1SE app. Stitching together second-long snippets from your holiday into a personal movie, it’s the perfect way to capture your trip. Share online and proudly present it when asked how your holiday was.
Reaching the top of Jebel Toubkal in Morocco. We made it up just in time for sunrise and it was spectacular. The visibility was superb, you could see for miles and miles. One hundred percent worth the 3am wake up call and night in a questionable refuge carved into the mountainside.
