We are delighted to announce that True Travel was awarded Best Tour Operator – New to LATA at the LATA Expo 2024 Gala and Awards last night. Senior Latin America Travel Designer, Evie Oswald, collected the award on behalf of True Travel.
Evie joined True Travel in January 2023 and helped launch Latin America as a destination for True Travel in our 10th year of operation. Since then she has delivered some incredible holidays around the region, from the jungles of Costa Rica to the glaciers and snow-capped mountains of Patagonia.
The reward recognises True Travel’s significant efforts to promote Latin America to our new and existing clients, as well as our agent partners. It is also an acknowledgement of the positive impact that the True Travel Foundation has had through raising funds for local community projects and our carbon offsetting scheme in partnership with Seawilding from these trips.

I’m so proud of our Latin America department, all of the exciting trips that we have put together and partner-relationships we have fostered since we launched this new region last year. It’s been a huge effort and I’m confident that great things are to come for Latin America at True Travel.”
