For a more remote and back-to-nature experience, travel further south, where properties such as Las Alamandas and Cuixmala offer a raw and wild experience of the Pacific with miles of untouched shoreline to yourself. To the north Baja California is the strip of land that juts out between the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez and is the best place to visit for whale watching (between January and April) and year-round sunshine.
