With The Data Pulse, we’re bringing you the latest worldwide COVID case data every week. We’ll bring you notice of rising and falling trends in each country, as well as announcements as the world plans to reopen international borders for tourists. The figure of cases per 100,000 population was a key statistic in the UK government’s decision making for travel corridors in 2020, and is a simple indication as to how a country is currently handling the pandemic. By keeping on top of the statistics, we will bring you predictions and travel recommendations ahead of the announcements, so that you can stay ahead of the game when planning your holidays.

- Spain and the UK are also seeing case rates continue to drop.
- Elsewhere in Europe, including France, Germany and Turkey, cases are rising.
- Rates in the USA continue to drop, now falling in the ‘amber’ zone with less than 100 cases per 100,000.
