10 desks are now available to rent on the 3rd floor of the building, located in the heart of Chelsea. Fully refurbished in the summer of 2019, it is an open space with fantastic natural light. The desks, currently aligned in the centre of the main room but can be re-arranged, come with access to a breakout sofa area and a glassed meeting room. Ethernet ports are available as well as high-speed wifi. You’ll also have use of a shared kitchen and separate WC’s on the 2nd floor.

The cost of each desk is an all-inclusive price of £300 +vat,  per month, including all furniture, wifi, water, electricity, heating, council tax and business rates.
