Day 1
Paris, France
Explore Paris through the city’s food, on a journey filled with exclusive experiences led by food experts.
After arriving in Paris in the morning and settling into your hotel, Le Bristol, your driver will transfer you to a private apartment and wine cellar on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Here, you will be met by a wine expert as well as one of the best French cheese makers for a comparative wine and cheese tasting. Afterwards, move from savoury to sweet as you follow cake connoisseur Frank Adrian Barron through the history and tastes of French chocolates, delicate pastries and buttercream filled cakes.
Day 2
Champagne, France
Taste the stars on an exclusive day trip to the world famous Champagne region, only a short drive from Paris.
This morning, be picked up by a private driver in a vintage convertible to be driven to Champagne. Enjoy a visit to one of the most famous and private champagne maisons where you can wander through the vineyards before a tasting. Sip different varieties of champagne on the outdoor terrace, before returning inside for a delicious gastronomic dinner. Reminisce over all the exquisite flavours tasted today as your driver takes you back to Paris.
Day 3
Paris, France
Brush up on your cooking skills with one of the country’s top chefs in the culinary capital of the world.
Meet Michelin-starred chef Stéphanie Le Quellec – owner of sought-after restaurant La Scène – who will accompany you through a typical Parisian market. Pick up ingredients for your own lunch, before cooking and enjoying a private lunch with Stéphanie in her beautiful Parisian apartment. Relish in the opportunity to engage in a rarely seen insight into the off-duty cooking habits of one of the country’s top chefs. In the evening, watch the sunset over the city from a private dinner cruise down the Seine, complete with the finest wine, cheese, and delicious French fare.
Day 4-8
Bordeaux, France
Be taken on a journey through Bordeaux’s finest wines and explore Aquitaine’s seafood scene on a boat trip around the coast
Settle into your hotel, Les Sources de Caudalie, set in the middle of lush vineyards and forests for a true Bordeaux escape. Explore the beautiful city or relax on a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards. Discover the beautiful scenery of the southwest before joining the hotel’s head sommelier in the Tasting Tower.
That evening, let us book you a table at the hotel’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant – La Grand’Vigne – to taste the best seasonal produce that the Bordeaux region has to offer, such as local beef and Aquitaine caviar.
The next day hop aboard the Caudalie, the hotel’s boat, to explore the Atlantic coastline on a boat trip and head to the sands of the Banc d’Arguin and the Cap Ferret peninsula. Here, stop for an oyster tasting at the growers dock, before visiting a sturgeon fisherman to learn how to produce 1kg of your own caviar.
