Whether it is a chilli sambal, a peanut satay or a classic hollandaise, through herbs, spices and condiments you will see how these ingredients will become the essential building blocks to vamping up your palate. Introducing a range of dishes from breakfast through to pudding, you’ll discover how a sauce is often the answer to making foods flavoursome.
This course will give you insight into creating beautiful salads, including five dressings that can be used on rotation, with a private cookery masterclass within your own home. Your chef will discuss the menu beforehand to see what your preferences are, and she will then create a bespoke set of recipes in keeping with her modern, healthy aesthetic. After the course, you will leave with a new set of recipes and the confidence to create some magical new dishes.

This experience can take place with minimal close contact. It can also be held outdoors if possible and every hygienic precaution will be taken.
